Retail Sales Manager

The Sales Manager will be responsible for the following

• Ensure retail sales across supermarkets, gourmet shops, Cafes and Restaurants
• Individual selling at large modern trade
• Managing the distributor salesmen to ensure product placement at smaller outlets.
• Cash Management of distributors and large retail chains
• Drive distributor recruitment at smaller regions
• Maintaining ongoing relationships with the key B2B customers
• Manage sales representatives reporting to the manager Recruitment, training, deployment and sales
• Work with marketing team to drive adequate marketing and manage in-shop promoters.
• Will involve local travelling extensively

Qualifications

• Any graduate degree
• Excellent command in English and Malayalam – Written and Verbal

• Prior sales experience preferred, though not necessary. Freshers will right aptitude also welcome.

• Strong sales and people management skills
