Job Description The Sales Manager will be responsible for the following Ensure retail sales across supermarkets, gourmet shops, Cafes and Restaurants Individual selling at large modern trade Managing the distributor salesmen to ensure product placement at smaller outlets. Cash Management of distributors and large retail chains Drive distributor recruitment at smaller regions Maintaining ongoing relationships with the key B2B customers Manage sales representatives reporting to the manager Recruitment, training, deployment and sales Work with marketing team to drive adequate marketing and manage in-shop promoters. Will involve local travelling extensively Qualifications Any graduate degree Excellent command in English and Malayalam – Written and Verbal Prior sales experience preferred, though not necessary.
