Job Description

Managing regional IT assets like :- Systems, Laptop, Barcode Devices and Multiple input and out devices. Provide user support related to ERP, Systems / Laptops and other Network devices. Patch upgradation of Linux and Windows systems. Knowledge of OS based services and their ports like:- Samba, SSH, NFS, SMTP, POP, IMAP, HTTP, FTP, CUPS, DNS, RDP, and others. Knowledge of software RAID. Email account configuration of all types of Email clients. Knowledge of User and Group management. Knowledge of SSL VPN connectivity for secure connection. Scanner/Printer/MFP maintenance and their configuration. Good knowledge of taking backup and restore it using native utility like:- tar, rsync, and any specific backup solution software. Troubleshooting and resolution of operating system like Linux and Windows. Knowledge of WiFi configuration and its management. Working experience in software and appliance based Firewall/SD-WAN. Switches and Router configuration level understanding. Knowledge of surveillance appliance configuration and provide the incident in form of video. Knowledge of Endpoint security / Endpoint protection. Visit to regional branches time to time for smooth information system support.
