Job Description

We are seeking a proactive IT Support Executive to ensure smooth IT operations across the organization. The role involves troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining systems, managing user accounts, and supporting end-users with hardware and software needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support:

    Handle day-to-day technical issues and provide timely resolutions to ensure minimal downtime.
  • System Maintenance:

    Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems across the organization.
  • User Account Management:

    Create, update, and manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
  • Monitoring & Troubleshooting:

    Monitor IT infrastructure for potential issues and perform troubleshooting as required.
  • Documentation:

    Maintain records of IT issues, resolutions, and system configurations.
  • IT Asset Management:

    Track, manage, and maintain hardware and software inventory.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 01 year of experience in IT support or related technical roles.
  • Basic knowledge of hardware, software, and networking systems.
