Manage
IT onboarding and offboarding
processes, including user account setup, access provisioning, and IT asset handover/return.
Install, configure, and maintain
operating systems (Windows & macOS)
, software, and peripherals.
Provide timely technical support for
hardware issues, software installations, and network connectivity
problems.
Handle system
repairs, upgrades
, and
preventive maintenance
for laptops, desktops, printers, and other IT equipment.
Support and manage
network infrastructure
, including routers, switches, firewalls, and Wi-Fi systems.
Maintain up-to-date
inventory records
of all IT assets and ensure accurate documentation.
Coordinate with vendors for
hardware/software procurement
, repairs, and
Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
.
Ensure compliance with
IT security policies
, backup protocols, and data protection standards.
Provide both
on-site and remote support
to internal users as required.

Key Skills & Requirements

Proven experience in an IT support or system administration role.
Strong working knowledge of
Windows, macOS, and common enterprise software
.
Familiarity with
network equipment
(routers, switches, firewalls) and
LAN/WAN troubleshooting
.
Basic understanding of
IT security best practices
and
data protection policies
.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle technical issues independently.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for user support and vendor coordination.
Experience with IT asset management tools and ticketing systems is a plus.
