Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and support workstation software, hardware, printers, and phones.
  • Analyze staff needs, identify vulnerabilities, and implement IT solutions to boost efficiency.
  • Execute

    system and network design, documentation, implementation, testing, and administration

    to ensure seamless business operations.
  • Implement application/software upgrades and troubleshoot performance issues.
  • Provide

    technical support and training

    to employees for effective use of IT systems and tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum

    2 years of experience

    in IT support or system administration.
  • Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Mac), IT equipment, enterprise backup/recovery procedures, and system performance monitoring tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Project management experience.
  • Professional IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco, ITIL).
