We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive to manage and execute our brands presence across social platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for content scheduling, online community management, performance reporting, and aligning content strategy with broader marketing goals. Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day execution of social media activities across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.). Create, schedule, and publish engaging, on-brand content in line with the approved social media calendar. Oversee calendar management to ensure consistent and timely posting. Monitor and manage Online Reputation Management (ORM) —respond to comments, messages, and mentions across platforms in a timely and professional manner. Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, marketing) to ensure brand alignment and timely content delivery. Analyze and report on social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, growth, etc.) and suggest improvements. Stay updated with platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging tools to optimize strategy. Key Skills & Requirements Strong understanding of major social media platforms and digital trends. Experience in social media content execution, calendar planning, and publishing. Hands-on experience with ORM tools and community management practices. Proficiency in using social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, LinkedIn Analytics). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
