Provide first-line technical support to end-users via phone, email, or ticketing system.
Install, configure, and maintain hardware (desktops, laptops, printers, etc.) and software applications.
Troubleshoot system and network problems; diagnose and solve hardware/software faults.
Set up new user accounts and profiles in Active Directory and manage access permissions.
Support remote users with VPN, email, and connectivity issues.
Perform regular system updates, patches, and backups.
Maintain documentation of issues, solutions, and user guides.
Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level IT staff as necessary.
Ensure compliance with IT policies and data security protocols.
