Job Description

Job Summary

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage, monitor, and troubleshoot network infrastructure including

    routers, switches, access points, LAN cabling, and IP addressing.

  • Configure and maintain

    network security, firewall rules, and access controls

    .
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot

    CCTV cameras

    ,

    DVR/NVR systems, and ensure uninterrupted surveillance operations.

  • Provide end-user support for

    laptops, desktops, and Mac systems

    , including hardware and software troubleshooting.
  • Install, upgrade, and

    maintain Operating Systems (Windows, macOS)

    and perform regular system updates.
  • Manage Windows Server environments, including

    Active Directory (AD), Group Policy Objects (GPO)

    , user access management, and domain-related issues.
  • Handle data recovery, data backup processes, and file sharing over network (NAS, shared drives, permissions).
  • Ensure proper installation and management of antivirus and endpoint security solutions.
  • Diagnose and resolve

    network connectivity issues, bandwidth problems, and system performance issues.

  • Assemble, upgrade, and troubleshoot computer hardware components such as

    CPU, GPU, RAM, hard drives (HDD/SSD), power supply, and peripherals.

  • Maintain IT inventory including systems, networking equipment, licenses, and accessories.
  • Coordinate with

    vendors, ISPs, and service providers for hardware replacement, AMC, and escalations.

  • Ensure compliance with company IT policies, data security standards, and best practices.
  • Provide basic training and guidance to employees on IT usage, security awareness, and system handling.
  • Support IT infrastructure for high-performance systems used for 3D modeling, rendering, or design work (

    high RAM, GPU-intensive setups

    ).

Required Skills & Technical Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of

    Networking (LAN/WAN), IP addressing, subnetting, and network troubleshooting

    .
  • Hands-on experience with routers, switches, access points, and network cabling.
  • Proficiency in Windows OS, macOS, and system troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Windows Server,

    Active Directory (AD), and Group Policy (GPO).

  • Knowledge of

    CCTV systems

    , DVR/NVR configuration, and camera troubleshooting.
  • Expertise in computer hardware (CPU, GPU, RAM, HDD/SSD, motherboard, PSU).
  • Familiarity with data recovery tools, backup solutions, and file-sharing systems.
  • Understanding of antivirus, endpoint security, and basic cybersecurity practices.
  • Ability to

    diagnose software issues, application errors, and OS-level problems
