Develop, implement, and maintain efficient manufacturing processes and workflows.
Analyze production data to identify and resolve bottlenecks or inefficiencies.
Ensure machinery and equipment are operating at optimal levels; coordinate with maintenance for preventive and corrective actions.
Collaborate with the design and R&D teams to ensure manufacturability of new products.
Prepare and maintain production documentation including process sheets, work instructions, and reports.
Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma).
Monitor production KPIs (e.g., yield, downtime, cycle time) and recommend improvements.
Troubleshoot mechanical and process issues and provide technical support on the shop floor.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
