Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain efficient manufacturing processes and workflows. Analyze production data to identify and resolve bottlenecks or inefficiencies. Ensure machinery and equipment are operating at optimal levels; coordinate with maintenance for preventive and corrective actions. Collaborate with the design and R&D teams to ensure manufacturability of new products. Prepare and maintain production documentation including process sheets, work instructions, and reports. Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma). Monitor production KPIs (e.g., yield, downtime, cycle time) and recommend improvements. Troubleshoot mechanical and process issues and provide technical support on the shop floor. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.

They work with customers to understand their requirements and needs and identify process optimization opportunities and need a minimum bachelor's degree in business, economics, statistics, or marketing.

We are looking for an Industrial Engineer to join our team and help us monitor our current operations to ensure our organization is as efficient as possible. Industrial Engineer responsibilities include ensuring products meet established quality standards and reducing inefficiency. They analyze operations and design workflows and production processes to reduce loss along the way while still meeting customer needs. Ultimately, you will work with organizational leaders and other Engineers to maximize productivity and reduce wastefulness in the production process.

Job Responsibilities: Team management and supervision Processing and verification of daily and monthly pricing across multiple asset classes. Ensuring accurate valuations and performing validation process across all capital market products including but not limited to derivatives and OTC securities. Setup of OTC securities, including unlisted derivatives, illiquid stocks and private equity, bank debt and swaps, and their processing into the fund accounting platform will be an added advantage. Processing and verification of daily market prices on listed securities from multiple vendors, including market research on large variances and stale/missing prices. Strong knowledge about Bloomberg, ICE, Markit, Refinitiv, SIX, etc Strong knowledge on overall pricing concepts like price types, vendor hierarchy, price methodology, market value concept, etc. Processing and verification of valuations on OTC securities from data vendors and counterparty statements. Review of corporate actions on portfolio holdings and necessary correction and posting of exceptions. Documentation of trade file mapping requirements for existing and new clients, and working with various internal groups (Analytics, Client Services) and external client if needed, to automate pricing workflows. Working closely with multiple vendors to identify issues, track them and drive their resolution. Knowledge on API for BBG and Reuters is preferred. Maintenance and creation of standard Operating Procedures Providing assistance to supervisors, auditors and fund accountants as and when required. Daily MIS Qualification & Experience required 9--11 years of experience in investment banking Bachelors/Masters degree in a financial domain Operational experience in a financial institution will be a strong advantage Good knowledge of OTC products such as foreign exchange options, swaps, swaptions, Spots, forwards, credit default swaps Should possess Decision making, problem solving and tactical skills. Multitasking is a must. Strong organizational skills and structured management approach, supporting timely delivery of complex meeting material that includes input from across the global valuations team Strong communication skills including the ability to distil complex issues into an easy digest summary for senior management Confident and assertive with the ability to negotiate and influence constructively across teams and geographies Knowledge of the hedge fund administration business and/or industry will be a strong advantage. Knowledge of either Paxus, Advent Geneva , or Broadridge suite of applications related to the Fund Administration business, or both, will be a strong advantage. Role & responsibilities We are looking for 10+ years of training and development experience with minimum of 5+ years of experience in training for RCM (Medical Coding, Account Receivables Process in Healthcare operations) Hands-on experience designing training for medical billing, coding, claims adjudication, or provider support services. In-depth understanding of RCM lifecycle and terminology (ICD, CPT, HCPCS, EOBs, etc.) Strong presentation and facilitation skills Proficiency in Learning Management Solutions (LMS) platforms. Preferred Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR). Graduate degree in Education, Business, or related field (Masters or professional certifications like CPC, AHIMA, Six Sigma is preferred).
