Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Manufacturing Operations:

Operate and monitor production equipment for various ceramic processes, including raw material preparation, mixing, forming (pressing, casting), drying, glazing, and firing.

Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to ensure consistent product quality and adherence to safety guidelines.

Perform routine quality control checks on in-process and finished products, reporting any defects or deviations immediately.

SAP System Management:

Accurately book and confirm production orders and material movements within the SAP system.

Manage inventory levels by tracking material usage, goods receipts, and goods issues in the Materials Management (MM) module of SAP.

Assist with creating and updating Bill of Materials (BOMs) and production routings as required.

Ensure physical stock matches system records in SAP through regular cycle counts and inventory reconciliations.

Maintenance and Improvement:

Basic knowledge of SAP, specifically experience with SAP MM (Materials Management) and PP (Production Planning) modules for data entry and reporting.
