* Handle overall sales for footwear stores or region.
* Lead and guide sales staff to achieve monthly and yearly targets.
* Build good relationships with dealers, distributors, and key customers.
* Plan and execute sales promotions and marketing activities.
* Monitor stock levels, product display, and store performance.
* Train and motivate the sales team for better customer service.
* Collect market feedback and share ideas to improve sales.
* Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports for management.
* Ensure smooth store operations and resolve customer issues quickly.
