Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Fraud Analytics professional specializing in Digital Transformation Services with at least 8+ years of experience. The position is based in Pune and involves leveraging advanced analytics to assess, identify, and mitigate risks associated with retail fraud within digital transformation processes. Responsibilities include analyzing data trends, designing fraud detection mechanisms, ensuring compliance with regulations, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the continuous improvement of fraud prevention strategies.

Qualifications

Note: KYC / AML / Finance profiles are not applicable for this role.

We seeking an experienced professional to join the Retail Fraud Analytics Practice under Digital Transformation Services. The role involves identifying business opportunities through data-driven insights, managing projects, and engaging with internal and external stakeholders.

Experience : 8+ years total experience, including:

2 years in Fraud Management / Loss Prevention (Retail, CPG, eCommerce, Telecom )

3+ years in Project Management for large client or business engagements

Skills Required:

― Multitasker, proven problem solver, communication skills (Written/ Verbal) & Attention to detail

― Curious & open mindset to constantly learn on the job

― Capable in telling an engaging story through a power point presentation

― Capable to analyze large datasets and identify complex anomalous patterns

― Good to have but not necessary PMP, Agile Prince 2, CFE, Lean Six sigma

Technical Skills

Advanced MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

Experience with data visualization tools: Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense, Looker, SAP Analytics Cloud, Python/R-based visualization, or similar BI tools.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with senior leadership to drive revenue through next-generation analytics offerings

Lead client discussions to present capabilities and align solutions with business requirements

Prepare RFI/RFP responses, proposals, estimations, and client/industry research

Design customized solutions and value propositions for stakeholders

Collaborate on solution design, business analysis, transition, automation, and POVs

Build alliances and lead discussions with partners

Develop reusable collaterals, case studies, artifacts, and POCs

Mentor project teams during initial execution phases and ensure smooth transition to delivery

Manage multiple projects with shifting priorities and deadlines

Support hiring and marketing initiatives to strengthen practice capabilities
