Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our team in providing exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably with a background in managing upscale restaurants or hotels.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales revenue.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure profitability.
Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork among staff members.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain high standards of quality and hygiene.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive culinary landscape.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage high-performing teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
Knowledge of point-of-sale systems, inventory management software, and labor laws.
Commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences and exceeding sales targets.
