Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our team at Madeleine de Proust, located in the Fairmont chain. The ideal candidate will have 5-12 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food.
Supervise and train staff members to achieve exceptional performance standards.
Implement effective marketing strategies to increase sales and attract new customers.
Maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and employees.
Monitor inventory levels and control costs to optimize profitability.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Job Requirements
