Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
Manage and train staff, including service standards, grooming, and guest handling
Ensure exceptional guest experience and handle customer feedback or complaints professionally
Coordinate with kitchen teams for Italian & Japanese cuisine service flow and quality
Monitor inventory, ordering, vendor coordination, and stock control
Maintain hygiene, safety, and FSSAI compliance standards
Prepare duty rosters, manage attendance, and control labor costs
Drive sales through upselling, promotions, and guest engagement
Monitor P&L, control costs, and achieve revenue targets
Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs

Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum 3 to 6 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager
Prior experience in Italian and/or Japanese cuisine restaurants preferred
Strong understanding of fine-dining or premium casual dining operations
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
Well-groomed, professional, and guest-focused personality
