Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Hostess to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and provide top-notch customer service.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front desk operations, including handling reservations and walk-ins.
Greet customers warmly, make recommendations, and ensure they have a pleasant dining experience.
Coordinate with servers and other staff members to ensure seamless service delivery.
Handle customer complaints professionally and courteously.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
Develop and implement effective strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Restaurant Hostess or in a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and reservation software.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
