Job Description Role Summary Transformation PMO function is a central team of experienced change professionals responsible for oversight of the delivery of multiple large scale regulatory programmes, as well as change programmes relating to business asset classes and operational efficiency. The role requires a broad and comprehensive understanding of all aspects related to requisitions and hiring, onboarding, movement (across initiatives) and disengagement. The person would assume the role of data custodian and preparation of report metrics that is based upon actual / forecast headcount and its implications on the overall business / organization strategy. Role And Responsibilities The role will work with the Global Programme Managers and the Transformation CoE leadership to support programme work force planning, resource management, data analysis and data visualization. Will perform several tasks to support appropriate resource planning and governance including: Run resourcing and procurement processes for the business, including internal approvals, reviewing Statements of work, raising Purchase Orders, and managing contracts and supplier relationships. Manage workforce planning, to ensure resourcing requirements and programme demand are met in line with Book of Work and delivery timelines. Identify resourcing demand (WFP) and agree solutions (i.e. bench move / recruitment) in conjunction with Delivery Leads / Hiring Managers Consolidation of workforce planning inputs on a weekly basis, to ensure the consistency, timeliness, and availability of data for reporting and analysis. Govern and define data quality standards and monitoring for workforce planning Review and challenge workforce planning inputs, to ensure they align with the long-term transformation resourcing strategy and appropriate guardrails. Work with procurement to manage onboarding processes in India and improve existing processes, to ensure a streamlined approach. Coordinate and facilitate the movement of staff members across cost centers based on their allocation and associated funding lines. Support in defining the strategy for all resource capabilities. Work with Finance to ensure appropriate cadence in driving finance insights and decisions driven from headcount data. Job Requirements Experience and Qualifications: Suitable years of experience in establishing and running resource management process for a large, complex change portfolio. Hands on understanding of procurement and requisition process and tools Problem solving skills / driving continuous improvements to existing processes. Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. Experience with SaaS-provider CRM or Workforce Planning management software Experience designing data visualization dashboards and wireframes (e.g. Qlik, Tableau) preferred. Knowledge of audit processes and SOX controls. Understanding of the banking & capital markets regulatory environment. Banking/Investment Banking industry knowledge is mandatory Show more Show less
