Resort Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, highly motivated, and experienced Resort Manager to oversee the overall operations of our beach resort, including villas, restaurant, and guest services. The role requires a hands-on leader who can deliver exceptional guest experiences, maintain operational excellence, and drive profitability while upholding the highest hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operations Management

• Oversee day-to-day operations of villas, restaurant, and all guest service areas.
• Ensure seamless coordination between front office, housekeeping, F&B, kitchen, and support teams.
• Maintain high service quality standards in line with hospitality benchmarks.

2. Guest Experience

• Lead by example in delivering exceptional guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest queries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and prompt resolution.
• Create personalized guest experiences to enhance loyalty and repeat visits.

3. Food & Beverage (Restaurant) Oversight

• Supervise restaurant operations, including service, menu planning (in coordination with the chef), quality control, and hygiene standards.
• Monitor F&B cost controls, vendor management, and ensure compliance with safety and HACCP standards.
• Drive revenue through promotions, themed nights, and upselling opportunities.

4. Villa & Accommodation Management

• Oversee villa readiness, cleanliness, and maintenance in coordination with housekeeping and engineering teams.
• Ensure check-in/check-out processes are smooth and guest-centric.
• Monitor inventory of amenities and ensure luxury standards are maintained.

5. Financial & Administrative Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage budgets for resort operations, monitor expenses, and drive profitability.
• Track revenue streams across villas, restaurant, and events.
• Generate operational reports for management review.

6. Leadership & Team Development

• Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team across various departments in hospitality.
• Set performance standards and conduct regular reviews.
• Promote teamwork, accountability, and service excellence culture.

7. Compliance & Safety

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Maintain licenses, permits, and statutory requirements related to resort operations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in hospitality management (resort or luxury hotel preferred).
• Strong knowledge of F&B operations, housekeeping, and front office management.
• Proven track record of delivering high guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure with grace.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as per resort operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
