Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Resort Manager to lead our team at Copper Edge eco resort, with 3-7 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Manage budgets and optimize resources for profitability.
Supervise staff and provide guidance on excellent customer service practices.
Coordinate with departments to achieve business objectives.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in managing resorts or hotels with strong leadership skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and staff.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently.
Knowledge of eco-friendly practices and sustainable tourism principles.
Familiarity with hotel management systems and software.
