Role Overview: As a Resort Operations Manager at Vibescapes - Resorts & Villas, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our 20-key boutique resort located at Wildernest Araanya Resort in Karjat. Your role will involve managing staff, inventory, rooms, front office, kitchen, F&B operations, guest experience, hosting, and overall property maintenance. Your dedication and leadership will contribute to delivering seamless guest experiences, maintaining property standards, optimizing revenue, and enhancing resort operations by collaborating with various departments.
