Resort Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Resort Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and manage all departments efficiently. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and hospitality management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise resort operations including front office, housekeeping, kitchen, and maintenance.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Manage budgets, expenses, and monthly performance reports.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for smooth functioning.
• Recruit, train, and supervise resort staff.
• Plan and implement promotional activities to increase occupancy and revenue.
• Maintain safety, hygiene, and quality standards across departments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hotel/resort management.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and property management systems.

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month (based on experience)
