Job Summary:

We're looking for a seasoned Resort Manager to oversee daily operations, drive revenue growth, and maintain our high standards of service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day resort operations, including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and activities

- Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve exceptional guest satisfaction

- Drive revenue growth through effective yield management, marketing, and sales strategies

- Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness throughout the resort

- Foster strong relationships with guests, partners, and local stakeholders

- Analyze performance metrics and implement data-driven decisions to optimize operations

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in resort management or a similar leadership role

- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving guest satisfaction

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

- Relevant certifications (e.g., hospitality management) and education preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,689.14 - ₹30,000.00 per month

• Cuttack, Orissa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:
