Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Resort Manager to lead our team at Sterling Holiday Resorts Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee daily resort operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage services.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure profitability.
Supervise and train staff members to achieve high levels of service quality.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts and prices.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in hospitality management, preferably in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of hotel management systems, including reservation and point-of-sale software.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
Familiarity with industry-specific software and technology is an asset.
