Job description: Job Title: Operations Manager Resort Job Summary: The Operations Manager is responsible for the smooth and efficient running of all hotel operations, including Front Office, Food & Beverage, and Housekeeping departments. This role ensures guest satisfaction, maintains high-quality service standards, manages daily operations, and supports staff to deliver exceptional hospitality experiences. --- Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations of Front Office, F&B, and Housekeeping departments. Ensure seamless coordination between all departments to maintain high guest satisfaction. Monitor staff performance, provide training, and motivate teams to achieve excellence. Supervise guest check-in/check-out procedures, room cleanliness, and restaurant service quality. Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally and promptly. Control operational costs and manage budgets efficiently. Ensure compliance with hotel policies, health, safety, and hygiene standards. Conduct regular inspections of rooms, restaurants, and public areas. Plan staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage during peak periods. Support senior management in planning promotions, events, and operational improvements. Prepare daily and monthly operational reports for management review. --- Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as an Operations Manager, Assistant Manager, or Department Head in a hotel or resort. Strong knowledge of Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage operations. Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proficiency in hotel management software (such as PMS systems). Good understanding of guest service standards and hospitality etiquette.
