Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Reservation Team Leader to join our team in the Hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing teams and leading reservations operations.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage and supervise a team of reservation professionals to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Coordinate with various departments to resolve customer complaints and issues.
