1. Manage and prioritize the MDs daily communications, schedules, and meetings both domestic and international. 2. Assist on travel itineraries, visa documentation, hotel bookings, and logistics for assignments we have. 3. Bridge the Organisation with the Guest (Client) booked by our company 4. Handle confidential and strategic information with utmost integrity and discretion at all times. 5. Represent the MDs office with professionalism, confidentiality, and composure under all circumstances. 6. Past Work experience in Five Star Hotel Front Office, Guest Services, Sales or Reservations is an added advantage Past Experience any Backend working profile or Front Office
1. Co-od with the Guest (Client) who book with us their Vacation 2. Managing due communication/ records related to above reservation 3. Work role shall include co-od with Hotels/ Airlines Suppliers within India and Overseas 4. Quality checks at each step of services booked or confirmed for the Guest 5. Past Work experience in a Five Star Hotel Front Office, Reception, Reservations or Guest Services is an added advantage
