Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Reservation Executive to join our team at Accor Hotels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and excellent customer service skills.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage and coordinate reservations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and high-quality service.
  • Analyze and resolve complex reservation-related issues, providing solutions or alternatives when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of reservations, transactions, and client interactions.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of reservation systems, procedures, and protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Familiarity with hotel management software and systems is an asset.
