📢 Hiring: Reservations Executive
📍 Location: Goa
🕘 Timings: 9 AM – 6 PM
🏠 Work Mode: Work from Home for 1st 3 months → then On-site at Porvorim or Candolim
💼 Responsibilities:
• Handle reservations via OTAs, PMS, calls, WhatsApp & other channels
• Respond to guest inquiries & assist with bookings
• Manage pricing, discounts & taxes accurately
• Coordinate with housekeeping & maintenance teams
• Handle guest issues & ensure smooth stays
• Prepare daily reports & assist management
• Build B2B & broker relationships
• Identify upselling opportunities
• Maintain high standards of hospitality
✨ Requirements:
• Experience in reservations / hospitality preferred
• Good communication & multitasking skills
•Comfortable working flexible hours when needed
