Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Reservation Executive to join our MICE & Leisure team. The role involves handling client inquiries, preparing travel itineraries, and ensuring seamless coordination of group travel bookings. While supporting client relationships and operations, you will also contribute to sales growth by identifying opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle client queries and provide accurate travel solutions for MICE & leisure groups.
• Prepare and manage detailed itineraries, vouchers, invoices, and reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of bookings.
• Maintain client relationships and offer guidance on travel products.
• Support sales by identifying opportunities and assisting in conversions.
• Stay updated on travel trends and products to meet client demands.

Requirements

• Graduate or diploma holder (Travel & Tourism / Hospitality preferred but not mandatory)
• Minimum 6 months of relevant experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office; basic knowledge of reservation systems is a plus.
• Enthusiasm to learn and grow in the travel and MICE industry.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
