About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Reservation Executive to manage guest bookings and ensure a smooth reservation process. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, hospitality knowledge, and a passion for guest service.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle room reservation inquiries through phone, email, and online booking portals.
• Maintain up-to-date records of room availability, rates, and guest preferences.
• Process and confirm reservations, modifications, and cancellations accurately.
• Coordinate with Front Office and Sales departments to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Ensure all guest information is entered correctly in the PMS system (e.g., IDS, Opera, or similar).
• Assist in preparing daily reports and forecasting occupancy.
• Handle guest queries professionally and provide prompt assistance.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills in English and Kannada (knowledge of Hind is a plus).
• Good computer skills (MS Office, email handling).
• Positive attitude, attention to detail, and teamwork spirit.

Salary

₹23,000 CTC per month
