Job Description:

We are looking for a Reservation Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing travel bookings, coordinating with clients, and ensuring a smooth reservation process.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle domestic and international flight, hotel, and holiday package reservations.
Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to confirm bookings and travel details.
Provide accurate fare quotations, itinerary planning, and availability checks.
Maintain and update reservation records in the system.
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and vendors for confirmations and special requests.
Resolve booking-related issues or discrepancies efficiently.
Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and professional service.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Tourism or Hospitality).
1–3 years of experience in travel reservations or ticketing.
Good knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre) preferred.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
