• Position synopsis

The ideal candidate is supposed to have deep knowledge of private aviation industry, need to have a strong network of HNI worth clients, brokers, corporates, govt entities, and needs to have an immaculate and proven record in charter sales. Should have skills to manage end to end charter sales, constant and active search for new clients to get boost in business operations. Need to be a trustworthy team player to coordinate internally and with clients simultaneously.

• Key Job Responsibilities:

Source, negotiate and give the best service to clientele by closing private jet/helicopter deals (Domestic and Global)

To identify, approach new customers to expand the customer base.

To lead client on boarding, build long term relationship management.

To ensure compliance with aviation and financial regulations

To achieve excellence with innovative sales strategies

To coordinate with internal teams ( financial, legal, operations etc.) for smooth execution of deals

• Preferred Experience:

3-5 years in private aviation charter sales, brokerage, aircraft sales and acquisitions, bespoke luxury travels

Needs to have a strong network portfolio of aviation clients, brokers, private jet operators

Has to have Aeronautical Background and knowledge of business aviation

• Personal Attributes:

Needs to have strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills

Should be highly discreet, professional and client service oriented
