Reservation Executive

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to manage the end-to-end reservation process across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will ensure a seamless booking experience, maintain high guest satisfaction, and contribute to overall operational efficiency and profitability. Key Responsibilities: Oversee reservation management for all property units across various platforms such as OTAs, PMS, phone calls, SMS, WhatsApp, and other communication channels. Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, providing detailed information about properties and assisting with booking requests. Accurately calculate and manage pricing, including the application of percentages, discounts, and taxes. Address and resolve guest concerns and conflicts with professionalism and empathy. Collaborate effectively with operations, housekeeping, and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are guest-ready and issues are promptly resolved. Maintain accurate reservation records and assist in forecasting room availability and occupancy rates. Prepare and submit daily reports to upper management on reservation status, occupancy, and performance metrics. Monitor market trends and analyze competitor pricing to support strategic rate adjustments and reputation management. Build and maintain relationships with brokers and B2B partners to enhance business opportunities. Lead the setup and management of concierge services, ensuring guest needs are anticipated and met. Identify and pursue upselling opportunities to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction. Demonstrate flexibility to work beyond regular hours, including weekends and holidays, when required. Consistently uphold the highest standards of professionalism, hospitality, and guest care in all interactions.
