Maintain Records: Keep accurate and up-to-date reservation records in reservation systems. 5. Problem-Solving: Address customer concerns or issues with reservations promptly and professionally. 6. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by offering timely responses and ensuring a seamless reservation experience. 7. Assist with Reporting: Generate reports related to reservations, occupancy rates, or booking trends, as needed by management. 8. Update Systems: Ensure reservation systems are updated with accurate pricing, room availability, or event schedules. 9.
