💼 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage reservations across OTAs, PMS, calls, emails & WhatsApp
- Handle guest inquiries and assist with bookings
- Manage pricing, discounts & taxes accurately
- Resolve guest concerns professionally
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth guest stays
- Prepare daily reports & share updates with management
- Track market trends & competitor pricing
- Maintain relationships with brokers & B2B partners
- Support concierge services & upsell add-ons
- Be flexible to work on weekends/holidays when required
🎯 Requirements:
- Graduate in Hospitality, Business, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in reservations/hospitality
- Excellent English communication & customer service skills
- Good knowledge of Excel, PMS & OTA platforms
- Strong organizational & problem-solving abilities
