Reservation Executive

Job Title: Reservation Executive

Experience: 2-3 years in travel industry and GDS systems

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle B2B agent queries and provide timely support

- Issue tickets and ensure accurate documentation

- Manage invoicing and payment collection from agents

- Perform date changes, refunds, and voids of tickets as needed

- Build and maintain relationships with airlines, travel, and tour vendors

- Handle travel issues, conflicts, complaints, cancellations, and refunds

- Efficiently resolve regular queries of downstream agents while maintaining quality

- Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, transactions, phone calls, and meetings

- Contribute to agency efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed

- Manage and train team of JR Reservation Executive/s

Skills:

- At-least of 2-3 years of experience in Travel Sector and preference shall be given to candidates having strong experience in travel domain and should have at-least 2-3 years of experience in using all the three GDS systems.

- Excellent knowledge of computer reservation computer programs

- Preference shall be given to GDS/IATA certified ticketing license holder

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Advanced knowledge of GDS systems and travel industry

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Effective communication and negotiation skills

- Team Management and capacity Building

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
