Title: Senior Reservation Executive
Experience: 4-8 years in travel industry and GDS systems, with leadership experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee ticket reservation and issuance process
- Mentor junior executives and provide training on GDS systems
- Manage complex agent queries and resolve issues
- Analyze sales performance and provide insights for improvement
- Manage sales team of Sales Executives, set / review and implement sales targets of Sales Executives in discussion with Team Leader
- Manage and train team of JR Reservation Executive/s and Reservation Executive/s
Skills:
- Expertise in GDS systems and travel industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Team Management and capacity Building
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
