Job Title: Reservations Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage reservations across OTAs, PMS, calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and assist with bookings.
- Accurately handle pricing, discounts, and taxes.
- Address and resolve guest concerns with professionalism.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth guest experiences.
- Prepare daily reports and update management on operations.
- Track market trends and competitor pricing for better positioning.
- Maintain relationships with brokers and B2B partners.
- Support concierge services and upsell add-ons to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Work beyond regular hours when required, including weekends or holidays.
Requirements:
Graduate in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in reservations or hospitality.
Excellent English communication and customer service skills.
Proficient in Excel, PMS, and OTA platforms.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
