Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Reservation Executive to join our team at Rakabi The Fern, with 1-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and coordinate reservations efficiently.
Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service.
Maintain accurate records of bookings and reservations.
