Job Description – Reservation Executive Handle all incoming calls, Emails, Social platform and online reservation enquiries promptly and courteously. Ensure prompt response to all the guest and travel agent enquiries. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of room categories, rates packages & facilities of the property. Sending quotation to the guest, follow up for the payment for confirmation and to ensure all bookings are confirmed with correct details – Guest name, number of people, check in / check out date, room category & rate plan. Keep updating the room chart accurately with online and offline bookings. Communicate special guest request and requirement to the front office and housekeeping teams, also to send each and every guest’s booking details to the front office regularly – Rate, Room category, Number of Adults/Child, Advance received etc. Update daily room availability and rate and ensure accurate inventory management on channel manager (Resavenue).
