Job Summary

The Reservation Executive will be responsible for handling all reservation-related activities, ensuring accurate bookings, prompt responses to guest inquiries, and seamless coordination with operational teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel operations, excellent communication skills, and confidence in managing guest queries in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesReservation Handling

• Manage room reservations through phone calls, emails, online platforms, and travel partners.
• Ensure accurate entry of booking details into the PMS/Reservation system.
• Maintain updated knowledge of room types, packages, promotions, and availability.
• Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.

Guest Communication & Service

• Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate responses to guest queries.
• Communicate in English, Hindi, and Malayalam clearly and professionally.
• Offer personalized recommendations based on guest needs and resort offerings.
• Coordinate special requests or arrangements with relevant departments.

Qualifications & SkillsRequired:

• Strong background in hotel operations.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Malayalam.
• Confidence in handling reservations, guest queries, and operational coordination.
• Experience ranging from 1 to 3 years.
