Research & Quality Analyst

who will help us maintain excellence across our learning, sales, and support operations through structured research, auditing, and performance insights.

What You’ll Do

  • Audit instructor-led sessions (live & recorded) for courses to ensure content quality, engagement, and technical accuracy.
  • Conduct sales and support call audits to evaluate communication, professionalism, and process adherence.
  • Build audit reports and scorecards highlighting key improvement areas and actionable feedback.
  • Analyze learner data (attendance, engagement, feedback) to measure academic effectiveness and course impact.
  • Perform market and competitor research to identify trends, pricing benchmarks, and skill demand insights.
  • Collaborate with academic, sales, and support teams to implement quality improvements.
  • Create dashboards and presentations using Excel, Power BI, or Google Data Studio to visualize findings.
  • Prepare monthly insights reports for leadership to guide data-driven decisions.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Education, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in research, analytics, or quality auditing (preferably in EdTech or training).
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL, or Google Sheets.
  • Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to give constructive feedback to instructors and teams.
  • Familiarity with DevOps, MLOps, or Generative AI concepts is a strong plus.

Good To Have

  • Experience with LMS platforms and call auditing tools (e.g., Zoho Voice, Aircall, Freshdesk).
  • Understanding of customer experience metrics (CSAT, NPS, QA scores).
  • Background in education research, instructional design, or data visualization.
