Role Overview

We’re looking for a Research Analyst to join our Operations team and power Aokah’s Wisdom Foundations with high-quality research and insight generation.

You’ll work across quantitative and qualitative research, turning complex data and diverse information sources into structured, decision-ready insights that inform GCC strategy, workforce planning, ecosystem readiness, and program execution.

What You’ll Do

• Secondary Research:

  Review industry reports, academic literature, market studies, and credible open sources to extract insights that support each Wisdom’s strategic priorities.

• Primary Research:

  Design and support surveys, interviews, focus groups, and other research instruments to capture firsthand perspectives from stakeholders and experts.

• Data Capture:

  Build and maintain processes to systematically collect accurate, high-trust data from internal and external sources into Aokah’s data lake.

• Data Compilation & Analysis:

  Clean, structure, and analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and relationships that inform enterprise decision-making.

• Information Management:

  Maintain and update research repositories and databases, ensuring data integrity, accessibility, and alignment with Aokah’s data and information governance standards.

• Dashboards & Reporting:

  Design and maintain dashboards and reports that clearly communicate research findings and data insights to internal and external stakeholders.

• Insight Storytelling:

  Translate complex analysis into clear narratives, briefings, and presentations that drive aligned action across Aokah’s Wisdom Foundations.

Required Experience and Skills

• 3–8 years of experience in research, analytics, consulting, or related fields.
• Strong qualitative and quantitative research skills across primary and secondary methods, with the ability to gather, validate, interpret, and synthesize information into structured insights.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; comfort with basic statistics and data cleaning.
• Familiarity with AI-based research tools and a willingness to work in AI-augmented environments.
• Experience presenting complex information clearly through dashboards, reports, and insight narratives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong documentation discipline and attention to detail.
• High ownership, ability to work independently, and skill in managing deadlines in a fast-evolving environment.
• Comfort with ambiguity, evolving requirements, and iterative problem-solving.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Data Science, or a related analytical field; certifications in research, analytics, or visualization tools are an added advantage.
• Background in Global Capability Centers (GCCs), outsourcing, or professional services.
• Exposure to workforce intelligence, GCC strategy, or location analysis.
• Experience with visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
• Basic exposure to Python/R for analysis and data handling.
• Familiarity with risk taxonomies, AI governance concepts, or orchestration frameworks.
• Experience building or maintaining dashboards or scorecards for internal or client stakeholders.
