We are looking for a Research Analyst & Writer—someone curious, analytical, and skilled at turning complex insurance concepts into clear, accurate, and genuinely helpful content for millions of readers. This role sits at the intersection of research, writing, SEO, and user empathy, and plays a key role in shaping high-quality content for health and term insurance guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

Research topics across health and term insurance, including industry updates and real customer questions.

Identify what users want to know and create content that adds real value.

Use product expertise and AI tools to draft, refine, and publish high-quality articles.

Structure and edit articles to ensure clarity, accuracy, and readability.

Collaborate with SEO, content, and product teams to create content that improves organic visibility while staying clear, honest, and helpful.

Candidate Profile – You’ll Fit Right In If You:

Have 2+ years of experience in research, content writing, or a related field.

Are curious, perceptive, and enjoy learning and explaining new concepts simply.

Possess strong written communication skills and a solid grasp of English.

Think from a user-first perspective and create content that helps people make better decisions.

Have excellent attention to detail and can follow structured processes without losing creativity.

Value clarity, consistency, and thoughtful research.

Nice to Have:

Experience in content creation, insurance or financial research, or SEO-driven writing.

Basic understanding of personal finance and insurance concepts.

Familiarity with AI tools for research, ideation, or content creation.
