Position: Research Analyst

Qualification: M.B.A. with Marketing or Analytics as major or minor

Job Responsibilities

The Research Analyst is principally responsible for interpreting data, formulating reports, and making recommendations based upon the research findings. To accomplish this task, the Research Analyst works with the client (either internal or external) to understand, define, and document the overarching business objectives. The Research Analyst applies qualitative and quantitative techniques to interpret the data and produce substantiated recommendations. The Research Analyst frequently presents the findings and recommendations to the client.

Prime responsibilities:

• Conducting Primary and Secondary research in accordance with project requirements
• Communicating with clients to understand and document the business objectives
• Formulating analysis plans and acquiring client sign-off
• Designing, developing, testing, and deployment of research instruments and moderator guides to ensure the necessary data is captured
• Conducting in-depth data analyses using traditional and advanced methods
• Authoring reports containing actionable recommendations
• Present Research findings in written and oral form

Additional Responsibilities:

· Assisting with the business case.

· Project Planning and Management

· Project monitoring and progress reporting

· Requirement analysis and documentation

· Translating and simplifying requirements.

Skills:

· Descriptive and Predictive Data Analysis techniques

· Excellent command of MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Powerpoint.

· Familiarity with statistical tools such as SAS, SPSS, R, and Python is desirable

· Familiarity with Business Intelligence and Visualization tools such as PowerBI, SAP Business Objects, Tableau, and Qlikview desirable

· Analysis techniques.

· Ability to research independently.

· Ability to search and collate information from different sources and organize as per requirement.

· Good understanding of usage of search engines like Google, Yahoo, Bing and other similar services.

CTC: Fixed Pay ranges from Rs.3,50,000/- to Rs.4,50,000/-

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
