Required Business Analyst | Andheri MIDC

Job Summary:

Business Analysts will collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to gather, document,

and analyze business requirements, processes, and workflows. You will translate these requirements

into functional specifications for CEO’s office and work closely with the strategy team. They will also

be involved in identifying areas for process improvement and recommending solutions to enhance

operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

1. Data Analytics & Reporting

 Create and manage dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using tools such as Power

BI, Excel, SQL, or Tableau.

 Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership.

 Maintain robust processes for data gathering, validation, and reporting across business

units.

2. Project & Program Management

 Drive execution of high-priority projects and strategic initiatives assigned by the CEO.

 Develop and track project KPIs, ensuring accountability across cross-functional teams.

 Implement frameworks and governance structures to ensure alignment with business goals,

timelines, and quality standards.

 Support plant setup, operational readiness, and portfolio execution where applicable.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

 Work closely with leadership teams in Operations, Finance, Marketing, Technology, and

Sourcing to ensure cohesive execution of business strategies.

 Facilitate effective communication between departments, ensuring visibility and alignment

on priorities.

 Support planning and execution of CEO-led forums and strategist events.

Qualifications:

 Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an analyst

 Fluency in excel, Power Bi or tableau

 Good communication and organisation skills

 Education - Bachelor's degree from Tier 1 college - IIT/ IIM (MBA not mandatory) or

Engineer.
