Relationship Manager

As a regional sales manager at VISL-Bhiwandi, you will play a crucial role in overseeing sales and distribution in your assigned region. Your focus will be on growing the customer base while maintaining strong relationships with clients and vendors. Here are your key responsibilities: - Create regional sales plans and quotas aligned with business objectives - Collaborate with senior executives to establish and execute sales goals - Manage a sales team to maximize revenue and meet or exceed corporate goals - Forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals - Identify hiring needs, select, and train new sales individuals - Educate the sales team through presentations, seminars, and regular meetings - Conduct ongoing performance reviews and provide constructive feedback - Prepare and review the annual budget for your area of responsibility - Initiate innovative marketing strategies to drive sales and reduce costs - Analyze regional market trends and identify growth opportunities - Address potential problems and propose effective solutions - Introduce new services/products and sales techniques to enhance customer satisfaction - Review regional expenses and recommend improvements - Attend trade shows and conventions as required To excel in this role, we expect you to have: - 5-7 years of proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager or in a related area - Effective account management skills - Experience in sales forecasting and customer base expansion - Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators - Familiarity with CRM software - Strong communication and presentation skills - Excellent organizational abilities with a problem-solving mindset - Willingness to travel as needed In terms of qualifications, we require: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering (any discipline) - MBA in Sales & Marketing is preferred Join us at VISL-Bhiwandi and be part of our dynamic Sales team.,
