Job Summary:

As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for generating and managing loan business by developing relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs, and providing appropriate loan solutions. This is a target-based role that requires proactive sales and customer engagement to meet monthly business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and acquire new customers for various loan products (Personal, Home, Business, LAP, etc.).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Understand customers’ loan requirements and guide them through the process.
  • Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for loan processing, documentation, and approvals.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
  • Stay updated with market trends, loan products, and competitor offerings.
  • Participate in promotional activities, events, and field visits to enhance lead generation.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline .
  • Experience: 1–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in loans, banking, or financial services.
  • Freshers with strong communication and interest in sales may also apply.

Compensation:

  • Salary: 15000 to 20000
  • Attractive incentive structure linked to sales achievement.

Work Schedule:

  • Days: Monday to Saturday
  • Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
